RETURNING PRODUCTS
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product for whatever reason, kindly write to us at happytohelp@thenutsvoyage.in along with your order number and photographs of the product(s) you are not satisfied with, with the reasons for the same.
This will enable our team to investigate what went wrong and get back to you. Please note, we do not accept return of products. In case of a verified quality concern, we will provide you with a fresh pack of nuts.
Cancellation
Since, the product features in the Food and Beverage Category, we will not be accepting any cancellation of orders after your order is confirmed. Although due to techincal issues or the order gets cancelled by our team due to unavoidable circumstances, the amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 7 days.
